In this recorded workshop, you will learn how to use Resource Tapping—a powerful technique derived from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Resource Tapping harnesses the power of imagery and combines it with bilateral stimulation to provide healing from trauma and enhanced emotional regulation.
Through lecture and experiential exercises, Dr. Parnell will show you how to use the essential tools of this clinically-recognized system. Resource Tapping has been demonstrated to release emotional and physical distress, build resilience, aid healing, and calm the body on a deep physiological level. This workshop is suitable for anyone, but especially geared to mental health, medical, and education professionals.
Learning Objectives

- Describe the basic principles of Resource Tapping and how it can be used to release emotional and physical distress
- List the four most commonly used resources that can be accessed with Resource Tapping
- Utilize Resource Tapping tools for stress relief and healing
